A: It depends on the role! Many positions in Guest Services or Food & Beverage hire starting at age 16.

However, if you want to be a Tram Driver or handle certain equipment, you typically need to be at least 18 with a valid driver's license. It's one of the best first jobs you can get in Battle Creek.

Q: Duncan Aviation sounds cool, but I’ve never worked on airplanes. Can I still apply?

A: Absolutely. While they certainly hire certified A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) mechanics, they also look for people with transferable skills.

If you know how to prep and paint a car, you can learn to paint a private jet. If you know upholstery or cabinetry, you can work in Aircraft Interiors.
