FireKeepers Casino Hotel has been honored as one of Michigan's top employers for 2025 by Forbes, securing the 53rd spot statewide and standing as the only casino to receive this distinction.
Forbes, in collaboration with Statista, conducted an independent survey encompassing over 160,000 U.S. employees from companies with a workforce of at least 500. The evaluation considered more than two million employer assessments, focusing on both personal and public opinions.
Since its inception in 2009, FireKeepers has grown to employ nearly 2,000 individuals, with 186 team members remaining since the opening. Over the years, the casino has distributed more than $1.1 billion in salaries and benefits, reflecting its commitment to employee welfare.
In a move to further support its staff and the local community, FireKeepers is developing a new clinic and wellness center aimed at providing comprehensive health services to employees and tribal members.
