Snowshoe and Cross-Country Ski Getaways at North Higgins Lake State Park
Join all-inclusive snowshoe and cross-country ski weekends at North Higgins Lake State Park in 2026. Enjoy lodging, meals, and scenic trails.

Embrace the winter season by exploring the picturesque trails of North Higgins Lake State Park during exclusive snowshoe and cross-country ski weekend getaways.
The Ralph A. MacMullan Conference Center in Roscommon is offering two all-inclusive weekends: January 30–February 1 and February 20–22, 2026.
These packages are perfect for couples, friends, community groups, and families seeking a winter adventure.
For $275 per person (or $255 if sharing a room), guests will enjoy two nights of cabin-style lodging, five delicious meals, fireside hot cocoa, and snowshoe rentals.
Participants will have the opportunity to traverse miles of evergreen-lined trails within the park or visit the nearby Hartwick Pines State Park, renowned for its old-growth forest.
These self-guided experiences allow visitors to immerse themselves in Michigan's natural beauty at their own pace.
The RAM Center property features six rustic lodges, each named after a Michigan waterway, providing a cozy and timeless atmosphere.
Situated on the northern shore of Higgins Lake, the center stays true to its 1940s founding as the Higgins Lake Conservation Training School, constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps.
Its wood and stone work exude a rustic charm that enhances the winter getaway experience.
Given the popularity of these events, early registration is recommended.
For more information or to register, contact the RAM Center at 989-821-6200 or email [email protected].
Don't miss this opportunity to create lasting winter memories in the heart of Michigan's natural splendor. |
