"Unleash Your Potential: Overcoming Fear and Thinking Big to Achieve Success"
Unlock Your Power: Conquer Fear and Achieve Greatness with Action and Big Thinking.

This week, we are moving past excuses and tackling two of the biggest hurdles standing between us and success: Fear and Small Thinking.
David J. Schwartz doesn’t just tell us to "be brave"—he gives us the formula to manufacture courage.
Chapter 3: Build Confidence and Destroy Fear Fear is real. It keeps people from seizing opportunities, speaking up, and living fully.
But Schwartz gives us a golden rule in this chapter: "Action cures fear."
Indecision and postponement only fertilize fear. If you dread making a call, the fear grows every minute you wait.
The moment you pick up the phone, the fear vanishes. He also teaches us to manage our "Memory Bank."
Most people deposit negatives, awkward moments, failures, and embarrassments.
Successful people deposit positives. This week, become a depositor of success.
When you face a challenge, withdraw a memory of a past win, not a past failure.
Chapter 4: How to Think Big You are bigger than you think. In this chapter, Schwartz warns us never to sell ourselves short. The size of your success is determined by the size of your thinking.
To start thinking big, we need to upgrade our vocabulary. Big thinkers use big, bright, cheerful words.
Your Challenge for the Week Practice the "Action Cure." Identify one thing you’ve been putting off because of a little nervousness or fear. Do it immediately. Don’t think—just act. Prove to yourself that action really does cure fear.
