Calhoun County Fair Announces Special Fair Days for 2025

The Calhoun County Fair is set to celebrate its 176th year from August 10 to August 16, 2025, in Marshall, Michigan.

 

Attendees can look forward to a series of Special Fair Days designed to honor various community members and provide unique experiences.

 

Veteran's & First Responder's Day kicks off the week on Monday, August 11.

 

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., active and retired military personnel, along with first responders—including EMTs, firefighters, police officers, and dispatchers—will receive free gate entry upon presenting valid identification.

 

Tuesday, August 12, is designated as Kids Day.

 

Children can enjoy free activities in the Belcher Building from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Adding to the excitement, beloved superheroes and princesses will make appearances on the fairgrounds between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

 

Senior & Health Day follows on Wednesday, August 13.

 

Seniors aged 60 and above are granted free gate entry from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

Additionally, the Belcher Building will host free health-related activities and informational sessions from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

On Thursday, August 14, the fair honors FireKeepers Casino and Hotel Team Members.

 

Employees and tribal members can enjoy complimentary gate entry by showing their official badge.

 

The week concludes with Teacher Appreciation Day on Friday, August 15.

 

Teaching personnel are invited to enter the fairgrounds for free between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., provided they present valid identification.

 

These special days not only offer free admissions but also feature tailored activities and events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
