Karma House Community Wellness Center is located in the historic Northside neighborhood in Battle Creek, Michigan. Our mission is to offer community classes and programs that contribute to the wellbeing of the body, mind, and spirit of our neighbors.

Recovery Grounds Community Center and Cafe, Home of the Battle Creek Alano Club, is a welcoming substance - free community hub serving individuals and families affected by substance use disorder. We offer peer-based recovery support, daily recovery meetings representing multiple pathways, free meeting spaces for recovery coaches and clients, community meals, educational workshops, veteran outreach, court orientation, community service opportunities and computer and printer access. Our cafe provides a safe place to connect, build supportive relationships, volunteer, and strengthen long term recovery. We welcome people at every stage of recovery, along with families and community partners.

Dr. Juridico was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. After completing his undergraduate studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, he obtained his Medical Degree at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He then completed a three-year surgical residency in Baltimore, Maryland, having trained with world-renowned foot and ankle surgeons with specialties in limb deformity correction and limb salvage in the diabetic population. Dr. Angela Robin, DPM began her undergraduate studies in Pharmacology at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Forensic Science from Madonna University in Livonia, MI. In 2015, Dr. Robin earned a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH, and continued her graduate training at Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. During this residency, Dr. Robin received intensive training in diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and ankle surgeries-being mentored by the finest vascular, general, and plastic surgeons.
