We specialize in the strength and conditioning of JR. High, High School and College athletes.

Martial arts instruction in Muay Thai, Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), Jet Kune Do, and MMA. Decades of experience with hundreds of amateur and professional fights for combat athletes in venues across the US. I offer professional quality instruction for people of all skill levels. I believe the arts are an excellent example of how to live healthy while offering challenge, discipline, and growth in everyday life. While we train many successful combat athletes our training works as well for the hobby martial artist as well as those who wish to challenge themselves with competition. I teach in a friendly and welcoming environment where we have fun getting serious work done.
