We are SW Michigan’s 24 hour premier, private strength and performance facility. All competitive athletes are welcome, Bodybuilders, Lifestyle, Strongman, Powerlifters, CrossFit, and anyone else that is interested in getting stronger. We specialize in the strength and conditioning of JR. High, High School and College athletes.

Martial arts instruction in Muay Thai, Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), Jet Kune Do, and MMA. Decades of experience with hundreds of amateur and professional fights for combat athletes in venues across the US. I offer professional quality instruction for people of all skill levels. I believe the arts are an excellent example of how to live healthy while offering challenge, discipline, and growth in everyday life. While we train many successful combat athletes our training works as well for the hobby martial artist as well as those who wish to challenge themselves with competition. I teach in a friendly and welcoming environment where we have fun getting serious work done.

The Battle Creek Battle Jacks baseball team is a proud member of the Northwoods League. The Battle Jacks were renamed in 2022 after a community wide vote. The Battle Jacks play in historic CO Brown Stadium.
