The summer event season is in full swing across Battle Creek and Calhoun County as another exciting lineup of community activities fills the calendar from June 10 through June 24.

 

Residents and visitors alike will find plenty of opportunities to get out, explore, and enjoy everything the Cereal City has to offer.

 

The biggest event of the period is the National Cereal Festival on June 13, one of Battle Creek’s signature annual celebrations.

 

The festival brings together live entertainment, food vendors, family activities, community organizations, and the popular Cereal City Classic Run/Walk, drawing visitors from across Southwest Michigan.

 

The following week features the Battle Creek Farmers Market Ice Cream Social, offering visitors a chance to enjoy fresh local products while celebrating the start of summer.

 

Juneteenth celebrations on June 18 and 19 will also provide opportunities for the community to come together through cultural events, educational activities, entertainment, and local gatherings.
