Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026: How Battle Creek is Celebrating Tonight

Join the festivities at the Arena, the Casino, or your favorite local pub as Cereal City welcomes the New Year.

To help you ring in 2026, here is a list of venues in Battle Creek, MI, holding events or open for dining and drinks tonight, December 31, 2025.

“Used the casino only. Seemed just as large as a Vegas casino. It was clean and no smoking! They had a nice selection of games with a side area that had just card/ keno machines. They offered a mini bingo/ keno area as well as a sports book area. I people on a regular basis pushing a drink cart around.”

This is the main hub for New Year's Eve action in Battle Creek tonight.

The Event: Featuring a concert by the band Haute Chile at the Event Center (9:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
The Party: The celebration continues with a countdown and balloon drop.
Promotions: Look for the "$50,650 Hot Seat Giveaway" running earlier in the day until 4:00 PM.
Dining: Multiple restaurants inside like Nibi and Smoke 'N Fire are open (reservations recommended).

“The space felt clean and appeared to be well maintained. It is also nice that the double tree hotel is attached. The only negative is that it was about 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning had trouble keeping up. I’m sure that will be resolved in the near future.”

“It sits right downtown with other eateries and bars. The entrance has a menu on the outside for your review but I would recommend to just go inside and try it out. The place is split into a bar only section and two long narrow sit down sections. It has both bench and table type seating. You will be close to others as the seating is close to one another. The servers were all wonderful! They made you feel right at home and welcome. The drinks never went empty and the amount of times we were checked on was perfect. The food was amazing! We had their bourbon signature burger and their wings&drummies appetizers. All burgers come on a pretzel bun, which I don't normally like but this one was delicious. The burger was full of flavor with a slight sweetness from the sauce. I would definitely get it again! The wings were delicious as well with 8 being more than enough to fill you. We will definitely stop back in the next time we are looking for a good place to eat and have a drink.”

“Very fun atmosphere, good food, friendly service. The rosemary bread on the BLT is awesome and a very nice change. The staff were very kind in telling us about the restaurant and where to start looking at all the history. Very happy we stopped here for lunch.”

“The Alloy restaurant in the Double Tree hotel in Battle Creek, MI is definitely a place you would want to visit for dinner. My wife and I are staying at the hotel and decided to eat there on a Friday night during happy hour (4pm-6pm). Happy hour specials are half off all house drinks, including specialty drinks and $5 off any of there old school oven style made pizzas (including ones you can craft yourself). Jay was our server and even though he had numerous tables, he was very friendly, very responsive, and very attentive. We never had to wait for him for anything that we were needing during out meal. Amanda was the manager and she had no problem helping out her team and greeted us in a friendly, warm manner and poured our waters for us. As a bonus, since they were extremely busy that night, our drinks took a little longer than Amanda would have expected for us, so she comped our drinks for us and that was a very much so welcomed gesture. The pizza was amazing! Compliments to the chef for that! We went with a pesto sauce, chicken, olives, carmalized onions, and mushroom create your own pizza (they have quite a few combos that can be created). They also have a well rounded menu with other great options that we look forward to trying in the future. I highly recommend this restaurant for any one staying at the Double Tree hotel, anyone traveling through the Battle Creek area, or even locals who have not tried this spot out yet.”

“The waitress tend to be slow to check on you after you order. Our drinks were empty for awhile. We had to go up to bar and order more. We got two appetizers, the chips were oily in taste, thin, they have a after taste that’s stays in your mouth. The queso dip was very runny and so was the sauce for the pretzels bites. They have a really nice atmosphere but they need some improvement when it comes to the wait staff.”
