"Unleashing Your Full Potential: Breaking Through Your Upper Limit!"
Shatter self-imposed boundaries and unlock your full potential.

This month we’re starting The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.
It is a powerful guide to removing the hidden barriers that keep us from living fully in our “Zone of Genius.” Hendricks calls these invisible ceilings our Upper Limit Problem, the point where we subconsciously sabotage ourselves whenever life or success feels “too good.”
Introduction — The Upper Limit Problem
Hendricks explains that most people operate below their potential because they’ve learned to limit how much happiness, love, and success they’ll allow.
When things begin to go well, they unconsciously create problems to bring life back to a familiar comfort zone.
The first step to freedom is recognizing when we’re doing it, and choosing not to.
Chapter 1 — The Zone of Genius
We each live in four zones: Incompetence, Competence, Excellence, and Genius.
Many people get stuck in the Zone of Excellence, good at what they do but unfulfilled.
Real joy begins when you commit to spending more time in your Zone of Genius: the work that feels effortless, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
Chapter 2 — Facing Your Fears
To reach your Zone of Genius, you must confront the fears that arise when you expand.
Hendricks calls these “false beliefs”, ideas like I’m not enough, I’ll lose love if I succeed, or It’s wrong to outshine others.
These thoughts keep us playing small. Awareness and gentle persistence dissolve them over time.
This week, pay attention to moments when you self-limit or downplay your success.
That’s your upper limit showing up, and your cue to grow.
