KCC’s New Albion Building Expands Room for Welding Training

Kellogg Community College has completed a new auxiliary building at its Eastern Academic Center in Albion, expanding the physical capacity available for welding training.

The 40-by-60-foot building was completed in August and is designed primarily to support the Welding Program. KCC says its 16-foot ceilings, overhead doors and reinforced concrete floor can accommodate forklifts and heavy equipment used in hands-on instruction.
