Before jumping into exercise, starting the day with a few minutes of stretching can wake up your body, improve flexibility, and reduce stiffness from a night’s rest. Stretching isn’t just for athletes—it’s a great way to increase circulation, improve posture, and ease tension, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting throughout the day.

Here’s a quick 5-minute morning stretch routine to get you started:

Standing Forward Bend – Loosens up the hamstrings and lower back.
Neck & Shoulder Rolls – Relieves tension from sleeping positions.
Cat-Cow Stretch – A gentle spinal movement to wake up the back.

This book provides a refreshing take on success, emphasizing how giving and providing value to others can create real, tangible success. It’s still an easy read but packed with practical, actionable strategies that you can apply immediately.
